I have come to realize one concrete fact! The fact of the matter is that our health is our greatest natural resource. If we do not maintain our health, we will find ourselves experiencing health issues which could have been prevented had we been well-informed or had at least gone to see our primary care physician. That was the trick, because I went from 230lbs to 205lbs in a month and a half. I do whatever I can to keep stress at a minimal. I remember when my father died in December of 2001.
